Elisha Codding, LCSW, CADC 1, RYT-200 Pronouns: she, her, hers Elisha is the clinician and coordinator at Revitalize. Elisha is an experienced social worker who joined the Revitalize team in September 2018. Elisha's background is in substance use, mental health, and medical social work. Elisha has experience helping clients navigate and advocate within these complex systems and enjoys providing support and encouragement to clients. In her free time, Elisha enjoys hiking and spending time with her partner and dogs.
Kelly Riverman, BA Pronouns: they, their, theirs As the client admissions specialist, Kelly is likely the first face you'll see at Revitalize. They manage referrals, scheduling, insurance, and coordinate with health providers to ensure timely and quality care. Fresh out of Portland State with their BA in Social Science, Kelly is excited to put theory into practice and give back to the community. They are passionate about diversity and making wellness accessible to everyone, regardless of identity, background, income, or ability.
April Helton, E-RYT-500 Pronouns: she, her, hers April is an experienced instructor who leads movement therapy at Revitalize Wellness Center. She is a licensed yoga instructor and owns her own studio in St. Helens called Yoga Younion. She is passionate about helping people find new ways to move their bodies in a manner that feels comfortable, safe, and effective. April is experienced at working with many different types of pain and mobility challenges; she is eager to help our patients pursue their health and wellness goals.
